While our focus has always been on fit and quality, we also make intentional choices to reduce our impact—using responsibly sourced fabrics and dyes, minimal compostable packaging, and supporting local production to keep our supply chain close to home.

Lost in Layers began in 2015 when our founder and designer, Lindsay, was searching for high-quality, stylish fashion in an isolated city. What started as a single shawl design for family and friends quickly grew into a thriving brand, expanding to markets, online sales, and retail stores. In 2019, she took the next step—transitioning from layering pieces to designing and manufacturing a full line of thoughtfully crafted clothing, all made locally in Calgary.

As a mother of two, Lindsay understands how life, pregnancy, and aging can shift how we feel in our clothes. Her goal has always been to design fashion that adapts with you—pieces that make you feel great at every stage.
